Graham Kavanagh, Ph.D. is President and Founder of English Language Consultation Services, LLC. He is also a Director of the Hong Kong based company, Human Dynamic. As a Director of Human Dynamic he has shared responsibility for its growth to become the leading provider of Integrated People Management Solutions in Asia. Human Dynamic currently provides services to 50 global companies in 16 countries. 

Dr. Kavanagh earned Master’s degrees from both Cambridge and Oxford Universities in England and a Doctorate from Adelphi University in the United States. He was formerly a Professor at Columbia University and is now an Honorary Professor at Beijing Institute of Technology.

Dr. Kavanagh has spent his professional life consulting to businesses, institutions and individual clients. With 25 years of experience, which spans the United States, Europe and Asia he brings an in-depth, multidimensional and cross-cultural perspective to his consulting work.
